Build Communication Competency
Training on communication can be delivered in smaller segments to accommodate staffing schedules and organizational needs.

Our goal is not simply to teach staff how to implement a communication system. We help organizations build environments where people with complex needs can communicate, make choices, advocate for themselves, and participate more independently throughout their day.

Ongoing Consultation
Pyramid consultants work directly with case managers, BCBAs, SLPs, social workers, clinical leaders, direct care staff and caregivers to problem-solve implementation, strengthen programming, and support meaningful progress.
